Board Breaking = Kyek Pa
Breaking boards and stones is for the spectator the most spectacular discipline. Taekwon-Do is well-known for its board breaking "Kyek Pa". For the spectators Taekwon-Do often seems to exist only of exercises for breaking any material. In reality however board breaking is practiced very rarely, but result from the technical exercises.
