In the free fight, "Chayu Taeryon", all the experiences, knowledge and techniques, which the student learned, are used. It is important the acknowledge of the basic rules and principles. In the Traditional Taekwon-Do we practice, the stopping shortly before the impact is most important. This requires a very good body control. Since we train without protection or training gear, the free fight starts only from a higher belt color. As a beginner, you start usually with one-on-one kicks or rhythm sparring.
